EasySell Webshops

You may create your own EasySell Webshop if you have large numbers of items to sell. EasySell Webshops are also good if you provide a service, such as a trade or profession. The creation of an EasySell Webshop is available to individuals, charities and businesses.


Using Webshops

In addition to theEasySell terms and conditions governing your use of EasySell's services, the following terms and conditions apply to you when you create an EasySell Webshop. By creating an EasySell Webshop you agree to the additional terms and conditions.

  1. You are responsible for all goods and services offered on your Webshop , all materials used or displayed, and all acts or omissions that arise from or are connected with your Webshop or in connection with the use of your password.
  2. You will display on each page of your Webshop your full contact information including, but not limited to, your personal, business or company name, the actual address of your business premises (not post office box number), your telephone and facsimile numbers and email address. If you do not have a business premises you may omit your personal address, but please provide a legitimate mailing address. If you have an Australian Business Number, that number will be displayed with the other information required under this provision. It is your responsibility to comply with legal requirements regarding any business you establish.
  3. You will keep updated all information on your Webshop so that it remains true, accurate, current and complete.
  4. You will accurately describe all goods and services you propose to sell or otherwise advertise on your Webshop.
  5. You represent and warrant that you have full power and authority and are licensed under all relevant laws and regulations to advertise and conduct your business in the manner published on your Webshop.
  6. You will comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the conduct of your business as published on your Webshop.
  7. EasySell may immediately suspend or terminate the publication of your Webshop in its absolute discretion, without refund of any moneys paid to EasySell, if EasySell receives complaints from third parties about your Webshop , the conduct of your business, or if the conduct of your business on the Webshop is unlawful or prohibited for any reason by any authority.
  8. EasySell reserves the right (but is not required) to verify the availability of the goods or services offered on your Webshop and the information contained on your Site. EasySell also reserves the right to perform checks on your organisation if you claim to be a charity, community group or a non-for-profit organisation, to ensure you possess the necessary registration, licence or authorisation required. EasySell may report you to relevant authorities should you not possess proper authorisation.
  9. EasySell and you are independent contractors and no agency, partnership, joint venture or employment relationship is intended to be created by these terms and conditions.
  10. You must ensure we have an unfettered right to publish all copyright appearing on your Webshop . It is your responsibility to procure all consents from all owners of the copyright you display on your Webshop.
  11. Webshops are available for an initial term of 1, 3 or 12 months by paying the appropriate fee in advance. You may renew the term of your Webshop by payment in advance of the fee. You can amend the products and services advertised on your Webshop at any time using the My EasySell tab. Your business name and contact details must not be changed, without first obtaining written approval of EasySell.com during the term of the Webshop contract. You may edit any errors in initial entry of these details.
